Hi @danielpaulus ,
First of all, I am incredibly grateful for this tool, so thank you for making this possible. It's really solid, and love the code.
I'm not sure if this should go in the Ideas or Q&A, so please let me know if this is something for the Idea board.
I'm using go-ios in the following way:
Test runs great, but I'm not sure how to get the test results. I can attach a scanner to the command, and read the output logs, which I can then save in a file. But I wasn't sure if there's something like this in go-ios already?
I have searched the codebase, and haven't managed to find it. BUT, this could also be because I'm relatively new to Go, in which case please feel free to correct me.
Is this something already in the code / pipeline (I've also browsed all issues on this repo, and searched for relevant search words, such as "outcome", "output", "result"... without success)?
Thanks again for making all this possible, and if you think this could be a good addition to
go-ios
, please let me know so I can get started :) It could be a good idea to expose another parameter when executing the above command (like--output=/path/to/desired/file
) so we could get test reports in a file, similar to how xcresult is saved? 🤔Have a great day and best wishes
