This management role can "spy":

classroom
group chat (3 or more)
but cannot spy individual chat without being chattable
they are not visible member of the class or the chat room
this can be set only by admin on the dashboard (ideally a different admin, than their username) so a 3rd party will know that the manager is watching a group
