Caching of selected series name, title provider and downloaded episode titles

The following enhancement would be great:
for series with weekly updates it would be nice to not always have to
select the correct series name (if it's unclear), the title provider - or
even download new titles anyway.
Normally, at least with epguides.com, you have all episode titles of a
season available. Or at least the next ones.

So a cache would be nice. 

When you select a already visited directory, the cached episode titles can
directly be applied to newly added episode files.

If an episode title is missing, the download can be quicker, as the show
title and the preferred title provider is already known.
