Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 lb shrimp, shelled & deveined
- 1 batch Chipotle Rub
Directions
- In a bowl, add the shrimp and Chipotle Rub and stir to coat well.
- Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add the butter.
- When butter has melted, add the shrimp to the skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes, and flip shrimp. Cook for 1-2 more minutes, or just until shrimp are pink. Remove shrimp from skillet.
