Ingredients
- 1½ pounds (680g) fresh salmon filet
- Salt
- Pepper
- Butter/ghee/vegetable oil
- Cut the salmon into 1x1 inch cubes (or any size that you think is a good moutful).
- Pat the cubes dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat about a tablespoon of butter/ghee/vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the salmon and turn heat to medium-low.
- Fry the salmon until cooked through, about 4 minutes depending on the size.
