Pan-seared salmon

Ingredients

  • 1½ pounds (680g) fresh salmon filet
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Butter/ghee/vegetable oil
  1. Cut the salmon into 1x1 inch cubes (or any size that you think is a good moutful).
  2. Pat the cubes dry and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat about a tablespoon of butter/ghee/vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the salmon and turn heat to medium-low.
  4. Fry the salmon until cooked through, about 4 minutes depending on the size.
