DAO debt Info In Alchemy

For DAO to be able to manage its budget and have a broader picture of funds available, enable Alchemy to show DAOs debt info on the DAO home page i.e. the deficit in DAO holdings in relation to all the passed proposals

How To

• Fetch proposals with accountsWithUnclaimedRewards_not: [] and executionState_in: ["BoostedTimeOut", "BoostedBarCrossed", "QueueBarCrossed"]
• Calculate the total Contribution Rewards and Genesis Protocol Rewards currently due
• In Alchemy UI, along with DAO holdings display DAO debt for respective tokens
