Change how REP values are shown #40
Description
Today, REP is often shown as (0.02%) or similar (percent to two significant figures). On hover over, it shows the absolute value of the REP.
As REP gets diluted, and more people join, more and more we will see low REP values (for example, when redeeming) that display as 0.00% (i.e. looks like nothing!) but that are actually a non-zero amount.
Proposal: Change the display to absolute value in REP, with a % on hover-over AND if less than 0.01% display <0.01% instead of today's "0.00%"
