Feature Request: Plus Cart Size Settings/Upgrades

Feature Request:
Plus Cart Size Settings: Could you add configs for the probability of each plus cart size?
Plus Cart Size Upgrade: Could you add a toggle that enables a new upgrade which permanently increases the size of the Plus Cart instead of having it randomly chosen between rounds? Or it could just increase the base Plus Cart size but still give a random chance for the bigger size.
