Config Option To Replace Regular Pocket Carts

With pocket cart plus the regular pocket carts are useless, I would much rather there be a config option to make them just replace the old ones and ignore the some of the other things in the config, overwriting the spawn chances with the regular pocketcart chance and min/max prices.

Upgrades For Size

I think rather than a rare size increase, you should be able to buy an upgrade for it for a price determined in the config

I likely won't be implementing these suggestions.
I don't want to be removing any vanilla items from the shop which could potentially break other mods.

Sizes are rarity based specifically due to the issue of having to track various sizes per save since the size is adjusted via code when the object spawns. While I could add an asset for each size type, this is something I want to avoid as each size type would need to be loaded into memory. If you've ever played modded lethal company you'd recognize how the more mods that add assets to memory the worse off the game performs so I'd like to optimize this mod to limit the amount of assets loaded as much as possible. If I find a workaround for this limitation then you may see persisting size upgrades but until then the rarity mechanic is there for that reason.
