Pocket Cart PLUS3 issues

Randomly had a pocket plus 3 in the inventory slot in place of a vanilla pocket cart which was weird enough, then it also wouldn't store items for any of the 3 people in the party. None have keep items upgrade but all three have keep items upgrade not needed set as true in the config. Vanilla pocket carts work as expected.

Hi I would appreciate game logs from when this issue occurs to help me troubleshoot what the issue is. Unfortunately I cant help much from just this description.

If you use a mod manager, a profile code and steps to reproduce the issue also is very helpful
