Hi, when I use PEPPRO with looper, I find there is at least 4 yaml files and it seems a little difficult to me to well prepare. So I want to know, whether all of these yaml files should be modified myself to adjust my project or not? Secondly, the yaml file in github has different styles and I can not decide which one to use…… I have read all of your guidance and feel a little dizzy

Thank for the note. You're right -- there are lots of configuration files and it can be a bit overwhelming your first time. The configuration files make the system very modular, so they add a lot of power, but you have to get used to it.

Here is a bit of further explanation about them: http://looper.databio.org/en/latest/config-files/

Does that help clarify at all? If you're still confused, can you specify which are the files that are giving you trouble?

Fine, thank you, but I must say this tool is a quite good software for nascent RNA seq data analysis and how distinguished you are! Another question, should I modify the peppro_input_schema.yaml file according by myself or I can use it without any modification? Thanks a lot
