Notebook names cannot be returned using the traditional dbutils.notebook.entry_point.getDbutils().notebook().getContext().notebookPath().get().
The notebook name cannot be returned using this and it is advised to put the notebook name in an .env file. However when the notebook name is needed dynamically this is not ideal. It would be great if this method worked on dbconnect / vscode extension as well as being able to access other environment variables on the cluster
