Enhance validate_32_64_bit_image_check to indicate that existing firmware images need to be reuploaded

Enhance validate_32_64_bit_image_check so that if switch images were downloaded prior to the APIC upgrade it is clear that the images in the firmware repository need to be removed and readded. Customers see the failure message but also see the firmware images in the repository and do not realize that additional actions are required.

If bitInfo is set to "NA" for the switch images, then they were uploaded prior to upgrading the APICs to 6.0(2)+.

This does not work. Tested on 2 different 16 images that are on the APICs repos and listed int firmwareFirmware. Maybe it is reading the bitinfo wrong
