Improve instructions for deploying using helm

Let's spend time to improve the deployment process using helm. The instructions need to be more self-explanatory -- everyone who is oncall should be able to figure out how / what to deploy. e.g. how do I redeploy for private dc? Do I have to update other arguments in the example?

Btw, a script to run, rather than a command to copy/paste would help a lot too.
