Make firewall policies more flexible to support the current firewall daemon #2

At the moment the ansible role will apply only iptables policies directly via netfilter hooks and ignore the used firewall daemon like firewalld on CentOS 7 or make the settings persistent. After a reboot the iptables rules are gone.
