Query regarding inputSpec.url

Hi Team,

i just go through Input Spec Doc.

As it is mentioned
url(String): Url of the data source. Dynamic parameters maybe indicated with a placeholder text. Values for these placeholders maybe generated using javascript and replaced. For e.g, https://api.test.org/myPathParameter?q1=myQ1Parameter.

Does it allow me to change placeholder values once my job is strated on Flink server? If it allows then can you please guide me to achieve same.
i am unable to find the steps to achieve same.
