Add command to blink a user feedback LED

Many of the boards we target have an LED (some with tricolors too) which can be controlled for user feedback. It would helpful to add a command to set the color and brightness of these LEDs. Especially when more than one lorapipe device is connected to a host computer it may be necessary to set these LEDs so device owner can tell each node apart.
