Github build of Heltec v3 firmware is busted

It seems to bootloop in the bootloader.

We should test other hardware as well and make sure all of the builds are not busted.

Dear users: Please report other broken firmware images either here or in new issues.

Definitely seeing a bootloop on my Heltec v3 with v0.0.3. Same with my T3S3 1262. Not having any luck with v0.0.2 either. What device firmwares are currently being tested for release?

Can't seem to flash local builds successfully either.

It is quite possible that some of the variants have issues, as I haven't tested every single build. I have it working on a Xiao ESP32 at least.

Is there any chance you can try building for the Heltec from source? I have a feeling that there's something wrong with some of the Github releases.

If you're unable to build it, I'll roll a build tomorrow and see if I have a Heltec v3 to test it on.

Ah, I don't have a Xiao on hand. I did try building locally with the same result. I'm not sure if there are extra steps I may be missing:

For some reason I'm not seeing a thing on T3S3 serial - but I'm pretty sure that's PEBCAK: I can't seem to get USB CDC configured with pio.

It appears your Xiao ESP32 comes in two variants: ESP32S3 (same as both of mine), ESP32C3, and ESP32C6. Which is yours? It's possible just the ESP32S3 builds are broken.

I got myself a Xiao c3 and c6, but I'm now realizing neither of them actually do LoRa without an add-on. That said, it looks like the c3 boots, but I'm running into python package issues building for c6. Still stuck on other chipsets.
