Prefill required-elements based on type

I.e. when adding a rq of the type "address", the data-editor should prefil the description with "Adresse" if the record is for a german company or "address" otherwise. Maybe even hide the rq. behind some visual sugar/porcelain? E.g.  just a checkmark "[x] address required"
