What can I do if the sitemap is not working on my server?

Google started complaining about about not listing/showing pages, checking their page it appears that all my top level pages are not being indexed/shown. According to them, they're not in the sitemap.

They are, but with the wrong url.

Showing ':///' for the homepage.
Showing '://about/' for the about page.
And so on.

Obviously the https, domain, and base(?) are missing.
I looked at the code but couldn't quite figure it out, I expected Yellow to just assume the root domain, example.com, and add onto it from there. Maybe using a http/https setting. But no.

Where do I begin troubleshooting this? Or is Sitemap just broken?

The 'coreServerUrl' is set to auto, but setting it to the real domain (what format does it expect?) doesn't make a difference. Echoing $url, base, scheme, during pageload in various functions all shows the same incomplete information.

Please advise.

I checked on my page. All links are displayed correctly.
I am using version 0.9.3.

I found the issue in one of my plugins. I think it works now.
