New Pinboard extension

I have published a new little extension Pinboard. It is a rewrite and improvement of an extension I wrote (but did not publish) some time ago for another CMS. It allows to maintain with a csv/tsv/psv/yaml file a list of notices (optionally filtered with tags, optionally styled with classes), each of them with a publication and expiration date. Important notices can be pinned. Perhaps handy above all for not polluting a site with announcements which are no longer relevant.
