- Put the cart on the ground
- Verify reward function makes sense and matches something from literature
- Make it more obvious when episode ends
- Move it from experimental to main RL-Library projects folder
- Make sure visualizer is being built together

- Cart is on the ground
- It's more obvious when episode ends because there are red bounds that signify 
when
you have exceeded the max angle.
- The visualizer is being built together
