Discussions is a place to connect with other people who looking for assistance to solve the same use case as I was.

• Finding a way to template the set up then quickly stand up a GPS Disciplined NTP Time Server using a headless Raspberry Pi 4
• Working from a Windows 10 workstation to do the set up
• Using a Serial GPS with a PPS signal line

The vast majority of this work was forked from the NTPSec site but as they stopped updating the script in 2018 I have updated as needed to get it running for my requirements, hopefully these changes can help you as well.
