Sub-issue Specification

1. Overview

• Parent Epic: Ability for an admin to list songs #80
• User Story: As an Administrator, I want the song list to be paginated, so that the page loads quickly and is easy to navigate when there are many songs.

2. Acceptance Criteria

• Scenario: Song list is paginated
  • GIVEN: I am an authenticated Administrator
  • AND: There are more songs in the database than the page size
  • WHEN: I navigate to the admin songs page
  • THEN: I should see a paginated table of songs
  • AND: I should be able to navigate to the next page of songs.
