Feature Request: Cloud API Modeling/Metering

All of the bloody wireless vendors have gone to cloud-API "awareness models" including the lower tier of Aruba's APs.
Could you please implement modeling for the SOHO devices here? Request is partially to use the commits as an educational mechanism for me to learn how i can replicate the functionality for other vendors by rewiring the API flesh atop the convoluted py/zenoss skeleton (i'm not a Python person - like kale, i see it as a necessary evil 😉).
