Recap VT. Let them try to summarize first. Give some examples.

Let the students analyse their prepared tutorials and discuss them in pairs.

Then we can go through everyone's tutorial and look at it through a VT lens.

We can talk about learning studies. And how VT fits in that, how the development of their tutorials is an iterative process.

Design pre- and post-tests for their tutorials, or different parts of the tutorials.
