Noise in image

I have configured the home assistant add-on and encountered significant noise and glitches in the video feed. Is this a normal occurrence given the camera's quality?

I didn't get these artifacts. Does it also happen with the mjpeg stream?

Yes getting the same artifacts even using the mjpeg stream

I get slight glitches in mine once a while, but nothing like this. I don't know why this could happen, sorry
