Request from reddit: Show some text explaining how you got an achievement after you've achieved it. I think this is good, common with other achievements (such as on Steam).

IMO all you need is a CSS Tooltip displaying the corresponding text.
I know CSS so I can help if it is necessary.

Alternatively, change the title to something more descriptive, maybe add a JS object property for that.
