clickhouse support

i would love to see clickhouse support being added it's much faster than anything else that i've used before. And the database file size is incredible for the amount of data it stores.

Totally agree.
I will send you my WIP about it (I commited now it, in order to check and test).
Never used Clickhouse, so I need support from real clickhouse users.
Feel free to open PR, fix issues etc.
