[Bug]: Can’t drag table to visual query editor

Describe the bug

I’m testing Tabularis mainly for the visual query editor, but I can’t drag tables.

System : Win 10
Version : 0.9.5
Database : Postgres

When I try to drag and drop the table, the cursor is « forbidden » and the table does not appear.

To Reproduce

Connect to a postgres database
Load schema (NOT public)
Open a « new visual query »
Try to drop a table on the canvas

OS Version

Windows 10

I cannot reproduce the issue.
Probably because you need to drag columns, not table.

Tried dragging a column.
Icon is « hand ».
Nothing happens.

I told you columns but you were right, you need to drag tables.
Btw, cannot reproduce the issue too, are you able to debug the code?

I launched with --debug, but I don’t see anything obvious.
Where should I look ?

Logs shows nothing.
I clear them, I try to drag, nothing appears in logs.

Tauri devtools does not seem to register anything either.

Drag does not even begin. I do not have the floating table to put on the canvas, only the forbidden icon right from the start of the drag.

I am a Linux user, probably there is something blocking in Windows.

Fixed with 3afee6b

The root cause is a WebView2 limitation on Windows: the HTML5 drag-and-drop API does not work reliably in Tauri's WebView2 runtime, causing the "forbidden" cursor regardless of the drop target configuration.

The fix replaces the HTML5 drag-and-drop implementation entirely with pointer events: holding the mouse button on a table shows a ghost element that follows the cursor, and releasing it on the canvas places the node at that position

You can verify the fix by compiling from source, or wait for the next release.
