Disable refresh function

How can I disable the refresh function of the script. I am using piosk for grafana and it already does the page refresh which messes with the page being refreshed too many times

Ok after looking at this pull I realized what's happening but in my case what would be the most effective way to fine tune the switcher to my needs?
How can I increase the time for the switcher without breaking it?

I think this way might work better for my use case if I disable the auto refresh option on grafana. What you think

If a single page is all what you're running (especially what automatically pulls data), then disabling the switcher/refresher script is ideal.
