Links menu description doesn't match checklist options #7

In the description of the LINKS menu it mentions whether the links work, which is easy to answer using the red yellow green checklist, but then it also asks whether the links are well-organized, which is subjective and an entirely different judgment which I would want to rate on a different scale.
