did:ion driver down - connection refused

Getting this error on the ion example:

[internalError] Driver cannot retrieve resolve result for did:ion:EiClkZMDxPKqC9c-umQfTkR8vvZ9JPhl_xLDI9Nfk38w5w from http://driver-did-ion:8080/1.0/identifiers/did:ion:EiClkZMDxPKqC9c-umQfTkR8vvZ9JPhl_xLDI9Nfk38w5w: Connect to driver-did-ion:8080 [driver-did-ion/10.100.127.40] failed: Connection refused (Connection refused)

Thx for pointing this out.
There are issues with our infrastructure and this seems to be the cause here.
Unfortunately, these issues can't be solved in the short term but we are actively working on the migration to a new Cluster.
