As we continue building out DeepChem's support for bioinformatics through DeepBio, it would be useful to get a sense of:

What are some potential genomic tools/models/datasets we may want to add in?
Has anyone tested Kipoi and if so what are your general thoughts on the repo?

Might I also suggest clinfo/kGCN as a possible inspiration for the project.
