Voice snippets file linking to app

Files where the custom voice snippets are stored needs to be used for functionality. There seems to be a bug in this feature.I am not able to use voice snippets stored in file in app for carrying out my own voice commands.

Note: Voice Snippets are custom commands decided by user which displays a particular code line. For ex. Voice command of "for loop" displays

for( ; ; )
{
}  

So these custom commands(voice snippets) are stored in a file which are linked with app and can be used in app.
