Define default section in tracks.ini

Would it be possible to define a default section (e.g. [default]) to set global parameters
for all tracks? This would also allow to simplify the output of make_tracks_file, which currently includes many commented options (good), but repeated for each track (not good).

What I have in mind is a tracks.ini file for many bigwig files that only differ in, say name and color.

Perhaps one needs a format specific default [default_bigwig] , [default_bed]
