Is it possible plot multiple regions in one picture?

I generated bigwig file from deeptools and wanna compare bam depth among multiple samples through all genome.
Is it possible plot multiple regions in one picture rather than generate multiple pictures?

For the moment, we cannot. This is something which is in our todo list see #234 .
