I have durations in HoneyComb, I should do a full performance trace for requests and a proper analysis if this is a viable tool.

Possibly could use fuse filters to enable a config store setup like what was done here with password hashes: https://www.fastly.com/blog/detecting-compromised-passwords-with-haveibeenpwned-and-fastly-kv-store
