once we have a new core and deltachat/deltachat-core-rust#6176 is merged:

  • always write DC_CERTCK_ACCEPT_INVALID instead of DC_CERTCK_ACCEPT_INVALID_CERTIFICATES

  • on reading, convert DC_CERTCK_ACCEPT_INVALID_CERTIFICATES to DC_CERTCK_ACCEPT_INVALID

writing DC_CERTCK_ACCEPT_INVALID_CERTIFICATES as it is sort of a bug sooner or later, even though android is fixed now at deltachat/deltachat-android#3410
