Will you add relevant fixes since dateutil 2.5.2?

Thanks for starting this fork.

From the readme, you forked 2.5.1. There have been quite a few versions of dateutil since then some of which presumably have fixes for different issues. Will you add any relevant fixes?

Also you may be interested to know that I modified the latest dateutil.parse to work properly as I mentioned in a comment on a PR I made against dateutil:
"For those who need this functionality and find this PR, you can either use higher level functions I've implemented here:

Or if you want the same interface as dateutil, then you use hdx.utilities.dateparse.parse which is modified for ambiguous dates to be day first D/M/Y where there are values in front of the year and day last Y/M/D where there are values after the year and for fuzzy_with_tokens, returns datetime, skipped tokens, date tokens."
