[UX Improvement] Recognize URLs without typing the http/https schema

Problem

While testing Faved, I've found that when I'm trying to bookmark a URL without the http:// or https:// returns the following error:

Invalid URL format

Proposed solution

Faved could recognize these cases and input the schema automatically.

Even though this is not a major problem, that improvement could make the experience more friendly, fluid, and faster for people with less technical knowledge, preventing an error that could easily be solved by the platform.

This has been implemented in v2.2.8. Now, if a protocol is not provided in the input URL, https:// will be automatically prepended.
