Managing ToDo statements in code/resources

Hey I noticed that there are quite a few ToDo statements (roughly 100-110, search TODO in this repo) in this repository. I think it might be a good idea to have them collected somewhere otherwise they might be forgotten quite quickly.
I have recently built an application for that use-case and now I stumbled across these in this repo.

It might be worth checking that out - maybe even include this into the build plan or similar. Let me know what you think about collecting and structuring these.
Maybe I have overlooked something and you already have a list of these / a plan on how to tackle them. Let me know if so, didn't find anything in that direction.
