ARIA practices created a new tabs page that uses a proposed aria-actions attribute for handling tabs with a primary and secondary action. Our nightly tests are failing on the page (as we don't support the pattern nor attribute) so we decided to disable testing on the page. We should look at reenabling it at some point.
