Setting \setlength{\parindent}{2.2em} has no effect #136

Setting line 329 in cleanthesis.sty does not have an effect. I tried moving it to the bottom of that file and still no effect.

However, putting it just after line 65, \usepackage{cleanthesis}, of my-thesis-setup.txt gives the desired effect.
