Removing characters in extracted data via field ruleRemoveChars

In rules, ruleRemoveChars contains a list of characters or strings to remove from extracted elements  before returning them to the caller.

Currently, in field ruleRemoveChars when placing control characters such as newline (\n), tabs (\t) or line feeds, these are not removed.
