Subject of the issue

I want to add language change option as I know there may be some people in other country are not to use it and listen it in other languages so there's need a translater or some option in project that can help them and make it ease to use it.

Hi @officialarmannqureshi! This would be a great addition, but I think we need to first translate the web page completely. Is there any JS mdn approved api to do so?
