Add customized cursor to extension which will be related to theme of DINO.

Expected behaviour

I will use CSS to add a cool cursor.

Hi Dhruv! I would recommend not using this for the chrome extension since that only covers a small part of the screen. But I'll suggest you one thing. Keep this issue open. Once we have the website code for Dino, you can add this feature in that.
