PHP 8.3 compatibility

Hi , does this is compatible with php 8.3 

I've been able to build the extension for php 8.3 but I've got the following error:
PHP Warning:  PHP Startup: Invalid library (maybe not a PHP library) 'sox.so' in Unknown on line 0
