As a Python noob I need some help

I've followed the installation instructions for readarr-py and have reached "import readarr".
I assume I should enter that in the window which opens when I run python.exe from C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Local\Python\pythoncore-3.14-64.
However I am now stuck at that point and have no idea how to proceed.
Can you please assist me with this?
