in wiki when a navigation item is active it should slide a few pixels to right and when unactive reset to the first position.
Apply this only for screens lareger than 768px.

for example if getting started is selected (Active) it slide a few pixels to right and when we wanted to head to Environment Variables we reset getting started and slide Environment Variables few pixels to right.
